HATS, the HIV AIDS Test Screening software exists as a website application that is in it’s last phases of testing. Some volunteers recently created an android app that would allow users to execute the program from their android device.
The HATS user design needs to be modified to be “responsive” so that it is compatible with the various dimensions including mobile so that the android app can be launched.
